Q: How do I send someone a gift subscription from SheroBox?


A: At checkout, you will be asked whether the item you are purchasing is a gift. Select yes and provide the recipient's shipping address along with a personalized gift message and we will include the message in your package. Gift subscriptions will NOT automatically renew.



Q: Why is my shipping rate $9.99 per box?

A: We know this stinks, but shipping is crazy expensive.  Our boxes are packed with items so the actual shipping cost is typically more than we charge our customers.  We hope that the major carriers will lower their rates so we can pass the savings along to you.  We are constantly looking for the most cost effective shipping method and if we discover a cheaper way to ship SheroBox, we will reduce the shipping fees.



Q: When will I get my SheroBox?


A: For our original monthly subscribers, SheroBox ships on the 25th of each month (this will conclude after October 2016). For monthly subscribers who have additional months remaining after October 2016, you will receive the Holiday Box, shipping on December 15, 2016. For our quarterly subscribers who subscribe on or before December 15, 2016, our first quarterly shipment will be the Holiday Box shipping on December 15, 2016 while supplies last.  Our normal quarterly schedule will begin for all purchases made after December 15, 2016 and will ship in early February, May, August and November thereafter.



Q: Can I purchase one box?


A: Yes. Single boxes are available for purchase in our Shop, found under the Shop tab at the top of the web page.  Single box purchases (other than the Holiday Box) will ship immediately.




Q: Will my subscription automatically renew?


A: Regular subscriptions (non-gifts) will automatically renew for the same term unless you choose to cancel the subscription before your renewal date.  You will receive a reminder prior to your renewal date. For those purchasing gift subscriptions on our website, your subscriptions will NOT auto-renew.  If you purchased SheroBox on Cratejoy's Marketplace, you will have the option to choose whether your gift subscription renews.



Q: Can I purchase additional featured products that were included in previous boxes?


A: Yes. Certain individual products are available for purchase in our Shop, found under the Shop tab at the top of the web page. We can help you find the supplier if you want to purchase additional products directly as well.
